Abstract submission deadline was postponed to April 18, 2010

1. abstracts should be written in English as a Microsoft Word document
2. abstracts font: Arial 10 pts
3. abstract headlines should be capitalized Arial 12 pts
4. author's and co-author's surname and initial of first name without titles
5. the name of the author who will be presenting has to be underlined
6. institution, city and country of author and co-authors
7. author's e-mail address
8. abstract should contain aim, methods, results and conclusion
9. abstract length: up to 250 words
10. author needs to indicate a prederence of oral or poster presentation
11. after receiving abstracts, the Scientific Committee will decide whether a submitted paper will be selected for oral or poster presentation
12. linguistic accuracy is the responsibility of the author
13. previously published abstract will not be accepted
14. an individual may be first author for not more than two abstracts; co-authorship of additional abstracts is permitted
15. invited speakers may also be first authors on abstracts for poster sessions, provided that the title and content of the oral and poster presentations are not identical
16. accepted abstracts will be published in the Book of Abstracts

By submitting your abstract, you are acknowledging that the Organizing Committee has the right to publish it in the Book of Abstracts for the Symposium participants and to distribute it in the same format to other interested people after the Symposium. If you have any reservation on any of these points, please contact us before you make your submission.
Presentations are not possible if the registration fee is not paid (excluding invited speakers).
